It's been not even 3 days holy crapaloni!

Bonjour!!! So it's been less than 3 days but it's felt like at least a
week and a half has gone by! They pack so much into each day, it's
crazy! I go to class and then eat and then study and then more class
and then eat, it's great! I found out Friday's are my p-day (preparation
day) so while I am in the MTC Friday's will probably be the day I will send emails.

Right when I got to the MTC my teacher, Soeur Hunt only
spoke to us in French. Suprisingly I felt like I actually understood a
lot, but since then I've learned how to pray in French, and kind of
how to teach in French. I teach my first investigator tonight for 15
minutes (in French) 😳, but I'm excited!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming here! My companion is sister Peterson. She is from Kansas City and was studying English at Southern Virginia university. For the first two days we had sister Driggs with us making a trio because Sister Lewis didn't show up until
today (she was vacationing in France ironically). I love Sister Driggs!
She's so cute and talkative and reminds me a lot of Savannah (my roommate
at Idaho). Sister Peterson is pretty soft spoken which is funny
because it makes me step up and make decisions and speak for us some
of the time(would you believe that, Audrey stepping up and making
decisions.) But she's great, and really good at French so we help each
other out a lot.

Anyway, all is well! Lots of learning happening! Learning French,
learning my purpose as a missionary, which is really just to invite
and to help others, and learning how easy it really is to feel love
for others. We get new investigators and they tell us their stories or
why they are curious about the gospel and it's hard not to feel
instant compassion for them. I love people, and I'm loving getting
ready to know the people of New Caledonia!

Soeur Rodriguez!
(That's sister in French. Also Rodriguez is fairly difficult to say in
French, lots of arrrgh sound, not super pretty, but kind of fun.)

P.S. Pray for me to be able to get out of bed in the morning. As many
people in this world know, I am not a morning person whatsoever (so
the struggle is real) but I am making it, 6:30am is looking better and better every morning....slowly, kind of.
