a little miracle in Ouemo

Bonjouuuuuuuuuur

This week was pretty good! Lots of changes and stuff happening, it has been a busy week. Soeur Carbayal and I worked really hard together our last week, and it payed off. One day we were out contacting in a neighborhood where there was literally no one and every house had a gate on it so we couldnt knock on any doors or anything, it was hot and we were tired, we had walked around for a long time not seeing anyone to talk to. So we walked towards the ocean and just looked across the bay for some time, not really knowing what to do this next. then this younger lady came next to us, she was collecting rocks for something (she explained what, but it was in french so i missed that) my companion and i went up to talk to her, and just see if she would be interested in the gospel or the book of mormon, we gave her the book of mormon and asked her if she would read it and she said, definitley, she said that she thought we were a sign sent to her right then in the middle of this empty neighborhood. She was really sweet, and said we could come by and talk to her more about the gospel. She was definitley our little miracle that day, our efforts had paid off. Unfortunately I wont have the oppurunity to teacher her though, because i was transferred this weekend, but i am happy we found her, and hope the other missionaries keep in contact with her. If nothing else, she made my day

I am now in Koutio! With Soeur chard, so new companion, and new area! i am stocked! She is from utah, shes been out for about 15 months and yah! it should be good i am excited for some change. Other than that my week has been pretty good, all is well things are going great. It was hard saying good bye to al the people we were teaching in ouemo but i am also excited for koutio and for some change!

Soeur carbayal and i ordered pizza together our last friday. i am the one that ordered on the phone, and i just went with traditional because i thought that it must be normal and yummy, and i knew even if he explained to me the other options on the phone, i probably wouldnt understand cause you know french. it ended up being a pizza with hard boiled eggs, potatoes, and bacon on it which was kind of weird but it tasted pretty good still
